Bean Onion Biryani



Method: Pick, wash and soak rice for 30 minutes. Heat butter in a pan fry onions until brown in colour. Add red chillies, salt, pepper, cardamom and rice along with water. Cover and cook till rice  is tender and all water is absorbed. Boil on a high flame for 3-4 minutes. Reduce flame add beans, butter, kewra jal and cream, stir gently. Cover with aluminium foil and place a tight fitting  lid on it and bake in a moderate
hot oven for 30-35 minutes. When done open and serve hot...
