Method: Divide kheer into four equal parts and put one colour into each. Churn each separately. Add equal amounts of almonds and raisins to each. Refrigerate for 1/2 an hour to set. Take a flat serving plate put a scoop of each flavoured kheer, place a strawberry in the centre and serve.
Note: This is also be made from left over kheer.
