Ingredients
1 Cucumber
3 tbsp Fresh mint (chopped)
1/2 Cup curd (thick)
Salt and peppers to taste
1 Flake garlic (Crushed)
For Garnishing
Few Mint leaves
How to prepare
Peel and slice the cucumber thinly. Sprinkle some salt and keep aside for 15-20 minutes to remove its bitterness. Combine mint, garlic, and curd in a bowl. Rinse the cucumber in a sieve under cold water. Drain well and combine with the curd. Garnish with few mint leaves and serve cold.
