Method: Roast khoya in a heavy bottomed pan on a low flame till pink in colour. Add sugar, coffee powder, cocoa powder and peanuts, mix well and cook for 5 more minutes on a low flame. Transfer it to a baking tray. Flatten with the back of the knife and leave it to set. When cool cut it in desired shape and serve.
