Ingredients
1/2 cup white rice
4 cup soy milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisnes
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and place in a 1-1/2 quart lightly olived ovenproof dish. Bake, covered, for three hours or until the pudding sets.
