Rice Soup


Method: Heat the oil in a large saucepan and brown the flour in the oil. Add the tomato sauce and  the onion . Cook over low heat 15 minutes. Add the rice to the pan and continue cooking until the soup is thoroughly heated. Remove the onion (you can save it for making vegetable stock or throw it in the
compost) and serve.

Serves: 4
