Spinach Onion Soup


For garnishing: Cream

Method: Melt butter and saute onion. Add spinach, seasoning and water to it and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat and cook till spinach is tender. Mix in a blender. Strain the soup. Prepare a paste of corn flour and milk. Reheat spinach soup and whisk in the cornflour paste, boil until slightly thick. Serve hot garnished with cream.
