Tofu Whipped Cream


Ingredients

1 pound soft tofu

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup soy-milk

How to Prepare

Combine tofu, Vanilla and sugar in a blender or a food processor and process until smooth. With machine running, gradually add the soy mlk through the feeder cap. Refrigerate until serving time, It will keep for a week, but can also be frozen.

Makes 1-1/3 cups
