Vermicelli Rice



Method: Wash and soak rice in water for 15 minutes. Heat ghee in a kadahi fry vermicelli, cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon and cardamom on low flame until dark in colour. Add the drained rice and stir-fry together. Finally add water, salt and vinegar. Bring to a boil on a high flame. Reduce heat, cover with tight fitting lid and cook all water is absorbed and rice is done. Serve it hot.
